Scoped workflow assessments, pilots and team training for Canadian small businesses.
Start with a recurring document or reporting task, an accountable process owner and examples you are authorised to use. We help you understand the work, test a bounded change and prepare the people who will run it.

Workflow Pilot

One approved internal workflow, up to two data sources and one output. Testing, human review and operator handoff included.
Team Adoption
CAD $3,500–6,000 · Three weeks
One existing approved workflow, up to six participants. Guided practice and a champion handoff.
Fees are in Canadian dollars. Applicable sales taxes and approved client subscriptions or usage are extra. We confirm the fixed fee, start date and acceptance criteria in a written agreement. Delivery periods begin after access is ready.
What each package includes
Workflow Baseline
We assess one workflow in one team through up to three stakeholder interviews and up to 20 client-approved examples. You receive a current-state process map, a measured baseline, a data and access boundary, proposed tools and costs, and one written pilot specification. “Do not build yet” is a valid outcome.
Workflow Pilot
We configure one internal workflow in a client-controlled test environment. You receive a 20-case evaluation, documented failure handling, a runbook with manual fallback, and an operator handoff. Production use is a separate go/no-go decision, and the threshold is a decision gate, not a savings guarantee.
Team Adoption
Up to six participants work on one workflow over three weeks: two 90-minute working sessions and one 60-minute follow-up. You receive role-specific instructions, a champion runbook and a before/after adoption report.

Is the first conversation free?
Yes. The initial fit conversation is free. It helps us decide whether a paid engagement makes sense and does not include an audit, prototype or custom ROI estimate.
Do I have to buy every package?
No. They are separate engagements. Team Adoption is optional.
Will you guarantee savings or ROI?
No. We measure the current work and report test results, failures, review effort and cost. A recommendation to stop is a useful result when the evidence does not support deployment.
What will we sign?
A statement of work covering scope, fee, dates, acceptance, changes and support. No work or subscription begins without your approval.
